Registration fees
Registration fees are applicable for on-site participation only, the use of digital content and interaction via the Aviso forum is free of charge.

Without proof of your status, we cannot offer you the student fee.
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance of all sessions (oral/poster)
- Lunches (Monday to Friday)
- Coffee-breaks
- Welcome cocktail
- Icebreaker cocktail
- Conference dinner
- Conference related material and documentation
- Access to the conference App
Lunches are included in the registration fee. To avoid wasting food, please indicate the days on which you will have lunch when registering.
Welcome desk
The Welcome Desk on site will be in the Hall of the Palazzo del Cinema

Methods of Payment
Credit card
- Accepted credit cards are VISA®, Eurocard® and Mastercard®
- During the online payment process, you will be connected to the PAYBOX VERIFONE website.
- Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
WARNING!
If you choose to pay by credit card, only bank cards offering 3D Secure « Verified by Visa » or « Mastercard SecureCode » authentication can be used to make online payment.
In case of payment difficulties by credit card, please use an other method of payment.
Bank transfer
– In order to compensate international bank and processing fees, we will have to apply a fee of 30€ per transaction
– The bank details will be mentioned on the pro-forma invoice sent by email after your registration.
NB: Please indicate the name of the registered people (or the invoice references).
Order form
– Order form payable in France.
Paypal®
– By choosing the Paypal® payment method, you will receive an email with a link to finalize your payment. You will receive a registration confirmation upon receipt of this payment.
